Wake-up Call

How do you know that your child has sleep deprivation? Look out for this signs:

  • Repeatedly sleeps through his alarm clock or needs several wake-up calls before he get out of bed.
  • Driks caffeinated beverages to make it through the day.
  • Sleep more than two hours past normal waking hours on weekends.
  • Is irritable or anxious on days he’s skimped on sleep.
  • Falls asleep in school.
  • Takes weekday naps.
